Finding his way to the toilet, he entered an office space next to the disco pub by mistake where an in-room auction was taking place. He bid successfully for the purchase of an exotic painting. It was clear to the auctioneer that Benson did not know what he was doing. However, after Benson sobered up he confirmed the contract with the auctioneer. He then subsequently refused to complete the contract. Would Benson be bound by the said contract?
