Working alone or in Small Groups, students will be given a profile of a specific kind of person and will be expected to develop a balanced meal plan for 4 days, using material suggested by the Canada Food Guide. Students should write this meal plan down, with the total caloric intake of each meal. In doing so, students will help to prepare for looking after their own diets while learning in university, making their own meals and attending to the kinds of foods they're putting in their bodies.
