Black belts are fully trained $\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_$ experts who perform much of the technical analysis required of Six Sigma projects, usually on a full$-$time basis. They need good leadership and communication skills in addition to technical skills and process knowledge. They should be highly motivated, eager to gain new knowledge, and well respected among their peers. As such, organizations often target black belts as future business leaders.
