Blake's Statement: Different Facts My name is Blake Dural and I$\text{'}$m a sophomore at Georgia State University. After my economics class ended at $10$:$45$ on September $13,$ I left the Urban Life building and walked down Decatur Street. I had an $11$ o'clock appointment with my accounting professor in the RCB Building at the corner of Broad and Decatur StreetsI didn't want to be late, so I was walking fairly quickly. As I walked by Langdale Hall approaching the intersection of Decatur Street and Central Avenue, I saw the light was about to change. I noticed a young adult male wearing a Georgia State sweatshirt in front of Walter's Shoes. He looked to be about $20$ years old
