Complete the forward and backward pass, compute activity slack and identify the critical path 3. Prepare a Gantt Chart for the project. a. Use any starting date you like to complete the Gantt Chart b. Be sure to identify the slack on the Gantt Chart. i. Create a Gantt Chart in Excel or other software. NOTE: Copy & paste your charts as a jpeg into WORD to maintain their set up. Be sure to format so the entire Network is viewable on the page. Convert the Word document to a pdf before submitting to Bb. 4. Write a short paragraph discussing the following: a. How long the project will take to complete? b. What is the critical path? c. What activities have slack and can be delayed? d. Generally, what are some risks present that would delay the project?
