1a. What symptoms of resistance to change have you observed? Have you observed both active and passive forms? Have you as a recipient resisted change? Have you experienced resistance while responsible for initiating and managing a change?
1b. Which particular approaches to the management of resistance attract you? Why do you make this choice? Do you think those approaches are more effective, or do you r choices relate to your views about how people should be managed?

2a. How capable are you in adopting more than one change image? Are you more comfortable with a top-down or a bottom-up approachor somewhere in between? Do you need to develop any particular skills to achieve greater flexibility (assuming you believe that flexibility will give you an advantage)?
2b. How do you handle the many different change initiatives that are unfolding in our organization or business unit at a given timewhen these are all at different stages? Is this a problem? If not, why not? If it is, what is your preferred solution? If possible, share and discuss your responses to this question and the others in this "reflection" with colleagues.
