"The process starts when an employer submits a job advertisement via email. A Human resource

representative at the ITFC company checks the documents for the completeness and registers the

advertisement if the documentation is completed; otherwise, the advertisement is returned.

The HR manager then receives the documentation and checks the corporate culture of the

company. If the company has qualities like workplace educational opportunities, market leading

compensation and enhanced quality of life, then the advertisement is posted on the website for

the Job seekers. Job seekers then review the job posting and submit the resume application for

the posting. If the company does not have the qualities, then the HR Manager rejects the

advertisement from the employer. The employer is notified about the either outcome$($ Rejection

or advertisement acceptance$)$ via email and the process is complete$.$
