Brainstorm ideas for a new information system that could be implemented by your school to benefit the student community in some way. Request the IS department of your school or university to initiate systems investigation for this project. Be sure to cover all the information that is typically contained in a system request form as described in the text namely:

• A preliminary statement of the problem or the opportunity to be addressed
• A brief discussion of how this effort aligns with previously company and organization objectives, goals, and strategies
• Identification of the general area of the business and business processes to be included in the scope of the study.
