Brandy is so happy about being a newly$-$minted CFI that she goes out and buys an aircraft of her own so she can start instructing and renting her aircraft out right away. She has an approved small business loan of $$50,000$ to finance the aircraft. She rented a hangar at Ogden Regional Airport, where she will not only hangar the aircraft but will also conduct classroom instruction and have a little lobby area, in case business takes off.

Being a Utah native, she enjoys sharing her passion for Utah so much that she also wants to conduct aerial tours with her new aircraft. Brandy also enjoys taking pictures so she has a camera port installed, allowing her to have an aerial photography side job. Not being one to turn down money, Brandy wants to also be able to instruct potential students in their own aircraft as well as in her aircraft.
