• Evidence Summary (Discussion) a) Summary of the evidence, its effectiveness (be specific about where/how it has been implemented and the results - what does the research say about the topic you selected? b)Evaluation of the Evidence: Explain more about the research evidence quality? Systematic review, RCT, bunch of case studies, nothing? Journals, online, organizations etc.
• Recommendations a) Is this a promising quality improvement initiative or not? (in the health care context) b) Provide the context and evidence to support your recommendation(s) c) Are there certain settings it would work best in, more research needed, shortcomings, benefits etc,
• Conclusions Wrap-up your short briefing note summarizing what you have already talked about in the note. Ie. No new information should be in the conclusion, simply tying together the above threads
