Briefly explain why it is that since working with registers is faster, that we simply don$$t create a larger register file so we have more registers to work with and thus our programs will run faster. For this problem realize that compared to main memory, having extra registers $($such as $256$ registers in the register file for example$)$ is not the main issue for this problem.
