Bright Road is currently operating with an outdated EHR system. Issues include: a lack of accessibility of patient information from the main clinic's sister facilities, clinical staff are facing double workloads by reentering patient information from paper into the HER, administration continues to use manual entry of information that is tedious and lacks intuitiveness, creating more work for the department's employees.
