Identify the resources that will be needed to implement the system and decide how the resources will be allocated. 2. Put the plan into action: follow the plan as closely as possible, some flexibility will be required as unanticipated issues/ problems arise. 3. Evaluate: analyse whether the system is working as expected and whether it is meeting the organisation's requirements. If the system is not working as desired, additional planning and modifications will be required. 4. Consolidate: if the system is working well, procedures should be standardised and included in company training and operation manuals. Ongoing evaluation should occur.
