Buddy had a toothache and wanders into Dr. Yank its empty dental office. Theodor to the inner office opens and the doctor says, "next". Without uttering a word, Buddy walks in and sits in the dental chair. The doctor says, "Open up, Buddy complies. Half an hour later, the offending tooth has been removed. Buddy gets up and starts to leave, and the dentist asks how he would like to arrange payment. "You should have spoken earlier, Doc. You never had a contract, so you were merely acting as a volunteer." Is Buddy correct?
