• Build a communication document that includes the following:
• Be sure to describe the level of detail, frequency, how the content is delivered, (text, visual aids, link, video, FAQs, etc) for each stakeholders
• Described the expectations and how your plan on addressing any negative expectations.
• Include in your communication document, your group's code of ethics on personal accountability, trustworthiness, organization of content and time management.
• It is important to understand the business and industry knowledge about your project. Build an infographic that provides the following information:
• Top leaders in the industry
• What organizations promote the industry
• Who are your customers
• What type of information would impact the success of your project
