Build a search function in a company website.

Problem Description: You are building a site called a Company Website for users who can search an employee working in the company. This is a bonus lab for the students who wants to improve their grade. This is not a mandatory lab.

$1.$ You will use database that you have used for all previous lab to display the employee in your website.

$2.$ I would recommend to use PHP language to build website. But you can use your any web application development framework $($preferable open source$)$ for this lab.

$3.$ Find$/$Display functionality will connect to your database. The site must have the following functionalities.

a$.$ Find an employee with the Last name. it will display the employee information as output: First name, last name, sex, Dept name of the employee.

b$.$ Display all employee from the Employee table.
