to wait in a queue 1- to-3 minutes uniformly. Now when anew customer
comes to the booth, he/she select queue. The chances of a customer
being male and female are 60%,40%. After enter in a shop each male
customer need 1 minutes and each female customer needs 4 minutes to
complete his/her shopping.
We interested in simulating the system for 15 hours to obtain process
utilizations
The first task is to draw a flowchart for the following system
Build and configure model as explained in the above section.
The resource utilization should be more than 45% for each
machine.
There will be no more 2 persons waiting in queue.
