Build the Price per Square Foot Text Table

Create a text table that displays the borough names along with the average price per square foot. To do this, complete the following steps:

Create a Borough Name calculated field.

Borough is a field that consists of numbers $1$ through $5.$ The numbers correspond to the following Borough Names.

$1=$ "Manhattan"

$2=$ "Bronx"

$3=$ "Brooklyn"

$4=$ "Queens"

$5=$ "Staten Island"

Create a Price Per Square Foot calculated field.

To calculate Price Per Square Foot, divide Sale Price by Gross Square Feet.

Create a text table to show the average Price Per Square Foot for each Borough Name.

Be sure to use the average aggregation function instead of the default sum aggregation.

Add the finishing touches.

Make sure your table:

Contains a useful title

Has proper numeric formatting

Follows visualization design best practices

Save your work!
