BUS $100$ SLO ASSESSMENT: CASE STUDY $($REQUIRED$)$

Read the case study at the bottom of this document and then write a paper

that analyzes that case study following the outline below.

Note: You are permitted to work alone, or in groups of $2$ or $3$ total students.

If you work in a group of $2$ or $3,$ all students will receive the same final grade

and all of you must upload the same exact paper in your own Canvas portal.

Also, if you work in a group of $2$ or $3,$ do the best you can to divide up the

work evenly $($although it won$$t be possible to divide up the work in precisely

equal portions$).$ If you are working in a group of $2$ or $3$ and you notice that

one or more of your team members are not pulling their weight, please inform

me at once. I will deal with it$.$

There will be no oral presentation, only a paper you submit, which is due on

the last day of class $$ Sunday March $31$st$,2024$ at $11$:$59$ PM$,$ uploaded to

Canvas. The Case Study paper you submit should include the following

elements where applicable $($AND IF YOU ARE UNSURE, JUST DO THE

BEST YOU CAN$)$:

$2)$ Table of Contents

$3)$ Executive summary

$$ Short summary of critical issues in the case.

$$ Your major recommendation for each of these issues. Organizational Analysis

$4)$ Organizational Analysis

$$ Organization's goals, mission, and strategies it has used to achieve its goals.

$$ Organization's core competency, its key strengths, resources, and weaknesses.

$$ Relevant organizational culture and history.

$5)$ Environmental Analysis

$$ Competitive opportunities and threats, both present and forecast.

$$ Industry structure $($suppliers$,$ buyers, and substitutes$).$
