1.1 Develop an estimated multiple linear regression model that could be used to predict the alumni giving rate using the Graduation Rate, % of Classes Under 20, and Student/Faculty Ratio as independent variables. Discuss your findings. How much of the variation in the sample of values of dependent variable does the regression model explain? Using the F test, is the overall regression statistically significant at the 0.05 level of significance? If so, using the t test, then test whether each of the regression parameters of the model is equal to zero at a 0.05 level of significance (for each statistical test, write down the null and alternative hypotheses).
