Mr. John, has made a written contract with Mr. Rambo regarding the sale of his car for Rs500,000/- . Mr. John received a deposit of Rs300,000/- and the car has already been remitted to Mr. Rambo. It was further agreed on the written contract of sale that the balance will be paid within 10 days. However, after 8 days, Mr. Rambo informs Mr. John that he does not wish to carry on and that he wishes to be reimbursed immediately by Mr. John as it was Mr. Rambo's old grandfather who forced him into buying the said car. According to Mr. Rambo, his grandfather yelled at him "to ene bon a rien, mo bisin alle quitte toi travail tous les jours, alle paye to loto to meme do".
