Business Area is: a) Checking into a Hotel Methodology Your tasks are as follows: A) Choose one (and only one!) of the businesses listed below; B) Conduct a thorough Industry Analysis of the business "vector" (i.e. the industry); C) Choose one (and only one!) local business operating in the industry. If you choose a company outside the local area you must obtain permission from me and explain why you would like to get this exemption. D) Develop as complete a blueprint as you can manage (some backstage elements will be guesses probably but front stage should be complete and thorough); E) Identify weak points (every business has potential weak points so please don't tell me the company is invulnerable) where failure, complaints, and retention issues exist; F) Identify ways by which management can fix these problems (personnel, resources, timeline). Deliverable If you use 2 different formats in your work (e.g. Excel for the Blueprint and Word for the Analysis) attach the Blueprint as an Appendix to the main paper. Your grade will be determined by the thoroughness of all elements of the paper (Industry
