Business Leaders are always evaluating the environment and use models or theories to guide assessments to make effective and efficient, business focused decisions. Identify a theory or model from one of your courses. Do research to guide how you will evaluate the internship site with respect to the work environment. This paper should fully explain your theory or model and your rationale for selection. This theory or model should come from your field/major with a focus on the internship experience. The paper must be double spaced, use Time New Roman, 12-font-size. NOTE: Do not make an assessment of this concept at your internship site for this assignment. That will come in your Final Report.
