Business Intelligence Technologies,hi i need help with the question to find assumptions?

A large hospital has suffered from bad publicity due to a number of highly publicised deaths and problems during apparently routine operations. It wishes to set up a data warehouse to be able (among other things) to monitor the outcomes of operations/surgical procedures taking place, to attempt to understand what is going wrong and general trends.

You can assume that the hospital has been routinely collecting data on various aspects of this over the years. This data is currently held over a disparate databases.

You may make any reasonable assumptions to support your model. You may find that you dont need any assumptions if everything is self-explanatory, but any assumptions that you do make must be based on some version of reality (eg There is only surgeon involved in each operation is not a realistic assumption).

1.
