Homework #4 - Contract Assignment

Compose about the retelling of an agreement you or someone you know entered into. Explain how the contract meets the elements of the contract. Make sure to include the facts, circumstances, and terms. Explain what happened in detail, identify all parties involved (use fictitious name), the circumstances, where you were, who was there, what you were doing while entering the agreement, any problems that arose while talking about the offer and agreement, and how they were handled. Explain the final outcome of the agreement, and any subsequent events that may have occurred as a result of the contract. Remember the following are forms of a contract: cell phones agreements, gym memberships, car rentals or purchases, employer/employee agreements, etc.
