Remember that your write up needs to include: the type of test conducted, an indication of conclusion of the test (i.e. did it support/not your alternative hypothesis), what you found, what the variables and measures were (including key descriptives like the mean and std. dev), your obtained value, degrees of freedom, and p-value.
