Business plan Our business idea is to develop an app where job seekers and businesses looking for workers can meet and find appropriate jobs/workers according to their needs and wants. In this app there will be free signup which can be done by requiring users to create their working profile on the site. In this way both the jobseekers and job providers can clearly see the skills and requirements for the job. After creating the profile, the users will be given two options, which are online jobs and on premises jobs. In the on premises jib option there will be further two options of working part-time and full time. We will charge a percentage from both the job providers and job seekers after a business transaction has been done. For example; a person found a job the we will receive a certain percentage of his monthly income as our commission. Moreover, businesses will be also charged a fee if they find a good employee through our app in the similar manner. There will be also discount offers where their commission fee will be reduced if they invite more customers to our app our get more jobs through our app. This will be ideal for many especially due to the current pandemic.
