Business Process Case:

GammaData, a data storage service provider, only accepts new customer requests via its website application. New requests are stored in an interim customer file within the Customer Service Dept. New interim customer information is first routed to L$.$ Gray, Customer Service Manager. L$.$ Gray completes the customer profile in the interim customer file and adds review comments. File information is then routed to V$.$ Adams, Credit Manager for review, approval, and credit limits$.$ Applications that are not approved by V$.$ Adams are flagged as not$-$approved within the interim customer file by V$.$ Adams. All applications are routed to a second Credit Manager for a quality review. Un$-$approved applications are closed.

Results of the final credit review are emailed back to the Customer Service Manager. Newly approved applications in the interim customer file are then copied to a Customer File within the Customer Service Dept. Alerts for the new additions to the Customer File are sent to Accounts Receivable where Billing files are set up$.$
