Elevator Pitch

$1-$Objective:

Develop a comprehensive and creative business proposal, with a social or environmental impact. In groups of $3-4,$ students will craft the proposal and an elevator pitch $($video project$).$

$2-$Proposal Requirements:

$-$Title Page: Include hypothetical organization name, logo$,$ contact info, and authors.

$-$Table of Contents: Clearly outline the sections of your proposal with page numbers for easy navigation.

$-$Executive Summary: A concise overview of your business proposal, not exceeding one single$-$spaced page.

Introduction: Provide information about the purpose of your organization, its activities, target population, company description, history, achievements, vision, mission, and products$/$services$.$

$-$Needs Assessment: Clearly state the problem your business will address. Identify the need your product or service fulfills or the problem it solves, highlighting unique selling points and innovative features. Be factual in highlighting the need for your proposed business.

$-$Project Details: Include a concise statement of the project's goals $($ensure they are S$.$M$.$A$.$R$.$T$),$ target population, key strategies $($one is enough such as pricing, promotion$),$ and potential competitive reactions $($optional$).$ Also include a brief chart for key activities.

$-$Budget$/$Financial Analysis: Detail the proposed project costs, fixed and variable annual costs, sales forecast, revenues and projected break$-$even point.

$-$Management Team$/$Key Personnel: List key team members, roles in this project, and brief descriptions of their responsibilities.

$-$Evaluation: Describe how the project's success will be measured and highlight data collection methods.

$-$Appendix $($optional$)$: Include supporting materials such as research, statistics, quotes, cost$/$benefit analysis, letters of support, etc.

Works Cited: APA format for citations and references. Length of Proposal: $10-12$ pages, excluding the appendix.
