3. Simplified data dictionary: Name & Normal Form of each table, followed by a 2-column table listing the attributes in the first column and a brief description (if necessary) in the second column. Include justification if the table is not 3NF. Also indicate PK and FKs and describe derived attributes and why they are needed.
