Developers: One DHCP server for the developers that is fully functional

Product Owners: One DHCP server for the product owners that is fully functional

Servers:

Web Server: A web server to host the teams' web applications

DNS Server: A DNS server for name resolution

Routers:

Product Owners' Router: One router for the product owners that provides access to the DNS server and web server

Developers' Router: One router for the developers that provides access to the DNS server and web server

Shared Router: UX Developers and Testers use the same router as the product owners to reduce costs

Enable RIP on one

VLANs:

Separate VLANs to virtually separate the UX Developers and Testers on the same floor.
