On Blackboard obtain the file Numbers.txt$.$ This file contains a long list of random number.

Copy the file to your hard drive $($be sure to not include empty spaces at the end of the file$).$

Write a program that opens the file and does the following:

A$)$ Counts the amount of numbers that are in the file

B$)$ Gives the average of the first $22$ numbers in the file

C$)$ Provides the sum of the first $15$ numbers in the file.

D$)$ Gives the minimum value found in the file.

E$)$ Gives the maximum value found in the file.

These values should be printed to the screen with appropriate output formatting and labels.

Note: For D & E you should NOT use the min and max functions. Using these functions

will cause for no credit.
