Find the value of e

"Using Only" Loops, #include , #include , using namespace std;

The approximate value of e is determined as 1 + 1/1! + 1/2! + 1/3! + 1/4! + ... + 1/n! with an error less than 1/n!.

Write a program to input the allowed error value.

Use that value to find n, and then use that n to find the approximated e value.

Input example: 0.0002

Output example: 2.71825
