$CH3$&$4-$ Relational DBase Model and ER Diagrams

In Chapter $3,$ we briefly discussed the $12$ rules $($there are actually $13,$ originally numbered $0-12)$ that Dr$.$ E$.$ F$.$ Codd first published back in $1985($almost $40$ years ago!!$)$ to define what is required from a database management system in order for it to be considered relational. Review the list $($see Table $13\mathrm{.}8)$ and determine which of those you would consider to be the MOST important $(1$ point$)$ and why $(1$ point$)$ AND which you would consider to be the LEAST important $(1$ point$)$ and why $(1$ point$).$

In Chapter $4,$ we explored the topic of entity$-$relationship $($ER$)$ modeling, looking at several Chen and Crow's Foot models. After reviewing the examples list two similarities $(2$ points$)$ and two differences $(2$ points$)$ between the two models. Which model do you prefer and why? $(1$ point$)$
