Make a guessing game. Ask user 1 for a number between 1 and 10; Keep asking user2 to guess a number between 1 and 10 until they get it right or they have done 3 guesses. Output if they won or lost write a function called bool guessAgain(int guess, int solution, int numGuesses); that takes the guess and the number of guesses so far and returns true or false depending if they can guess again. Use this function as the boolean expression for your while loop
