Basic summary of how program should rund: The dealer takes cards after the user stops taking cards. The dealer can take as many cards and will only stop taking cards once he beats the user or busts, just like real life. for example => cards are dealt, user has 10+5. Dealer has Jack + ?. User hits and gets 2. User hits again and gets 3 and now holds at 10+5+2+3. Dealer then flips card and shows he has Jack + 1. Situation ONE: Dealer hits him self +5+3+2 and wins with Jack+1+5+3+2. Situation TWO: Dealer hits him self +6+2+7 and loses with a bust.

The program must also take into account the duality of an ACE. which can either equal 1 or 11, depending on what works better.
