Write a complete C program to compute the yearly income charity payment from N workers. Each worker will enter his/her name, total income in a month and yearly bonus. Define 2.5% as the rate for charity payment. The program will only accept valid number of worker (not negative number) Requirements: 1. Declare up to 10 worker details in two arrays: name array and salary array (consist of income and yearly bonus) 2. Use a user-defined function to get data into the arrays 3. Use another user-defined function to calculate and display the yearly income and charity obligation for each worker. 4.
