C Programming for Arduino (must work with arduino IDE)

I do not need help with step 1, I just don't know how to use the value of N and code a multiplication table/triangle. Thanks!

1) Wait for somebody to press the button. Once it is pressed the time is recorded and the value stored. . Limit the value of N to 20; if a larger value is received, just set N equal to 20. 2) Print an N x N multiplication table where N is the stored time value. 3) Print an N x N triangle of *s as described in a previous lab where N is the stored time value plus one . 4) Repeat until the Arduino loses power.
