Write a program that uses a structure to store the following weather data for a particular month:

Total Rainfall

High Temperature

Low Temperature

Average Temperature

The program should have an array of 12 structures to hold weather data for an entire year. When the program runs, it should prompt the user to enter the total rainfall, high temperature, and low temperature for the month. It should calculate the average temperature. Once the data has been entered, the program should display the average monthly rainfall (by month), the total rainfall for the year, the highest and lowest temperatures for the year and the month in which they occur, and the average of all the monthly temperatures. Assume the month of February has 28 days. (You can use our Month structure to determine the days).

Only accept temperatures within the range of -100 and +140 degrees Fahrenheit.
