1. Cards to File. Write a program to write each card in a deck of 52 playing cards to a text file. Your program should write the rank (Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King) and suit (Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts, Spades) of the card. Use a void function to write the output.

Here is the beginning of a sample run of the program: Ace of Clubs 2 of Clubs 3 of Clubs

The program should use at a minimum: sequence, repetition, arrays, functions, strings and File IO.
