Problem 1: Multiplication with Rotate Operation (10%) Given two arrays, the first array which has been rotated will multiply the second array. If the rotate amount is positive, the first array should rotate left. If the rotate amount is negative, the first array should rotate right. The first number is the length of array. The second number is the rotate amount.
