The percentage by which the premium is to be reduced is based on the current premium paid by the customer for a year, and is determined according to the following strategy. Annual premium paid reduction rate 2,000 or over 20% below 2,000, but 1,600 or over 15% below 1,600, but 1,200 or over 12% below 1,200, but 800 or over 10% below 800 5% Also, there is an upper limit of $500 on the reduction-amount. That is, when the reduction-amount as computed above is more than $500, they will just use $500.
