Write a program to calculate your golf rating based on your scores from 4 holes. You must drop the highest of the first three hole scores. The final score is the sum of the two lowest scores of the first 3 hole scores and the forth hole score. Your program should output the final score followed by the rating. The ratings has the following point cut-offs. A final score of: 8 and below is Eagle. 9, 10, or 11 is Birdie. 12, 13 or 14 is Average. 15 and higher is Beginner. For example, if the input is 36 43.
