Call for Papers or CFP is a popular term in academic research. Fundamentally, it is an announcement for the researchers to submit their research articles for upcoming conferences, journals or books. The CFPs can be classified into these three categories: Conferences, Journals and Books.

We want to design a database to record all the CFPs$.$ In fact Wikicfp $($WikiCFP : Call For Papers of Conferences, Workshops and Journals$)$ is a website which is very similar to our objective. Below are the links for three sample events $($one example from each kind of CFP$)$:

In terms of design, following are some major requirements:

$$ Each CFP will be assigned a unique ID$.$ It will also have a name, weblink and announcement$-$text i$.$e$.,$ the text that will be displayed on the CFP weblink.

$$ Conference CFPs are announcements to submit articles for some conference. Conferences are always organized in person, in some city and on some specific date. Conferences may run for multiple days.

$$ Journal CFPs are announced by the Publishers of Journals. These Journal CFPs are for some specific journal i$.$e$.$ these are announcements by the Publishers to submit articles for a specific Journal.

$$ Similarly, Book CFPs are announced by the Publishers of the books. These are announcements by the Publishers to submit articles that will appear as chapters in the books.

$$ All kinds of CFPs cover one or more research topics and each topic belong to a subject area.

$$ For all CFPs$,$ there are usually multiple submission steps where each step has a specific date or deadline.

$$ There are researchers who organize and administer these events $($CFPs$).$ Each event will have atleast one organizer. For each organizer, we store the email, name, and affiliation.
