Can anyone help me fix my pep/9 assembly code? Any help is appreciated.

The original question was to write and test a Pep/9 assembly language (not python or c#) program that inputs N and outputs a report on the disposition of the rabbits and the costs. One-sixteenth of the rabbits are unsuitable for shipping to stores and have to be returned to the factory. As many as possible of the defective rabbits are put in containers that can hold 32 rabbits. The rest are returned individually. A crate costs 5 pounds to ship; individual defective rabbits are mailed at 1 pound each. Non-defective rabbits are shipped to retailers in full boxes of 8 that cost 9 pounds each to mail. As many as possible of the good rabbits are sent this way. Leftover good rabbits are mailed individually at 2 pounds each.
