A recent study of eelgrass communities in Germany compared areas with different genotypic diversities (1, 3, or 6 genotypes) and looked into the number of eelgrass shoots that resulted after a perturbation in temperature. This data is in your R exercises & datasets folder (EelgrassGenotypes.csy). Test the null hypothesis that the average number of shoots is the same across all genotype treatments.
