Can for a binomial distribution the mean and the variance be $3$ and respectively?

I have attached picture of answer to this questions.

Mean $np=3,$ variance $np(1-p)=5.$ Now,

$\frac{np(1-p)}{np}=\frac{5}{3}$

or $1-p=\frac{5}{3}$

or which is not possible.
