The Trump Organization and Allen Weisselberg. The indictment basically charges that Trump Organization employees received benefits "off the books" for which they paid no tax (e.g., cars and private school tuition). Allen Weisselberg was the company's Chief Financial Officer and he was indicted individually (a warning to all you future CFOs). But the head of the organization, Donald Trump himself, was not indicted. Why not? What is the difference between this case and the US v Park case?
