2. Why might certain provincial jurisdictions allow TFW to stay longer than others? For employers who rely on TFW, what other drivers would employers need to adjust for when estimating labor supply and demand beyond the amount of time TFW is allowed to stay in Canada? If we talk about Canada, we can see most of the new immigrants want to settle in provinces like Ontario or British Columbia, as these provinces are the most developed and have better job opportunities and diversity. New immigrants feel comfortable as they can find people from their own countries and communities in these provinces. But most of the TFW are needed in provinces like New Brunswick or Nova Scotia as these provinces have very low population of working class people and the companies in these provinces need people who can stay in this kind of weather and getting low wages as compared to workers in other provinces. Employers need to provide government with reasons why they need workers from outside to fill the positions in their companies, they need to provide their company's turnover to afford those jobs and salaries
