Can someone answer this by creating their own numbers and create a budget on excel?

You, in real life, are a student. Create a budget and financial plan for yourself. You do not hecessarily have to use your actual numbers or disclose any specific, personal information about yourself. But your budget and financial plan should reasonably reflect relevant cash flows and/or discuss important elements of an average student's budget and financial plan. You can show your budget for one month/semester/year the choice of period (or periods) is yours. Consider whether your situation (real or made-up) is on track with your budget, where changes or improvements could be made, and any relevant tax implications of items included in your budget and financial plan. Also, as part of your planning exercise, project whether you will have a tax refund next year, and/or whether you need to have any income tax withheld from your pay (e.g., co-op, part-time work). So, estimate your current year tax owing/refund, using actual existing federal and provincial tax rates (credits, etc.) You should include all primary and supporting schedules needed, and be sure to provide sufficient qualitative discussion, notes, documentation, and references for the items included in your plan, including tax implications and tax details. Organize and label your document(s) and plan elements in a way that makes it easy to read and understand
